Exactly what is TAD?
TAD (Targeting Advertising Dollars) is a systematic and exceptionally creative way for you to manage marketing and advertising for your business. Most small businesses do not have the financial resources to hire an agency, and do not have the staff to design and implement their marketing programs. With TAD you get the advantage of a full-service agency, but at less than the cost of a salaried staff person.
How does TAD work?
When you hire us, together we develop a plan for you by quarters. In that plan we decide what marketing services you will most likely need over a 12 month period. The plan is subject to review,changes and updates based on your business. We will then suggest which TAD Level fits your needs best. Your TAD program hourly rates are less than 1/2 of our normal hourly rates.

For instance, if the client is doing a website that may take 100 hours but is in a TAD level of 20 hours per month, the project is completed and overused hours are simply deducted from the hours in subsequent months. Conversely, any underused hours are credited to the next months. Most times, over the course of the 12 month agreement, the hours even themselves out. The great thing is that the client pays only his prescribed monthly fee each month and is never billed for any hours in excess of the agreement during the twelve month period.

What TAD Levels are offered?

There are six individual TAD levels and we create custom levels for clients as well.
Your optimal TAD level should be determined first by your budget, and secondly by your goals and objectives. It is always suggested that you chose a level where you will not exceed your service hours on a continual basis. If you plan on doing a large project, and then not much of anything else for several months, your roll-over hours will compensate for that large project. However, if you plan on several large projects in a 12 month period, you should opt for the next level of TAD.
You will get a monthly accounting of your hours expended and we will advise you well in advance if it looks like you are months ahead of your hours. You can change TAD levels in the midst of the agreement period.

What Happens Next?
We work! We begin to execute your marketing – planning, design, artwork, whatever is necessary just like you would with any good agency. The only difference is that as a TAD client you bill is always the same each month. TAD clients are not billed for meetings or most administrative paperwork. We will set up meeting schedules with you that best suit your schedule and the needs of your business. We ask that you gather resources we will need like logos, special art work, photos and the like so we have them at our disposal to keep your projects on schedule.

TAD Program TERMS & CONDTIONS : All TAD programs are based on a 12 month agreement with the agreed TAD Level fee billed on a monthly basis. Payments are due within 10 days of receipt of the invoice, on or before the 10th day of each month. Late payments are assessed a $35 late fee per month, and may, if habitual, void the agreement. Hours overused are debited from subsequent months, hours underused are credited to subsequent months. Overused hours remaining, at the end of the agreement period, are billed at $25 per hour, or may be rolled over and debited against a new agreement period. Underused hours are refunded at the rate of $15 per unused hour, or may be credited to a new agreement period. Out-of-pocket expenses and outside services charges are not included and will be billed separately and in advance of use of such services.
